Fees for Care and Fun Childcare centre are paid in advance and are due on the first of every month. Payment Information:

• If a child is unable to attend the daycare due to illness or holidays, families are still responsible for the full payment of agreed fees for the month.
• Families with fees outstanding for 10 days or more will be asked to withdraw their child until their account is clear.
• Fees that are non-refundable include 100 registration fees
  • The half-month deposit fee is required at the time of registration.
  • Late payment fees
  • Late pickup fees
  • Monthly fees if a withdrawal notice has not been given in a timely manner (minimum one month notice prior to withdrawal date).
  • When the child is registered in the daycare, for the first month parents can withdraw the child without giving a one-month notice. The monthly fee will remain non-refundable regardless of when within the month the child is withdrawn.
  • Monthly fees if a child is immediately withdrawn from the center regardless of withdrawal reason.
• Fees that are refundable include monthly fees if a withdrawal notice has been given in a timely manner (minimum one-month withdrawal notice).
• If the parents want to make any changes to the payment, written notice is required of minimum 5 business days.
• We require the parents/caregivers to provide us with 6 months of postdated cheques. A 50 dollars fee is charged for any returned cheque.
• If the parent/guardian becomes ineligible for subsidy, they will be responsible for paying the full monthly fees within 5 business days. If your subsidy takes more than 4 weeks, you are required to start paying immediately, however once the subsidy pays the center we will refund you the amount paid less the parent portion.
